Good to know

The name Collabree is derived from the two words Kolibri (hummingbird) and collaboration. We like the symbolism of the hummingbird. The message of this incredible and small bird is a very simple one: joy. Quite simply the joy of being, the joy of light and in general the joy of life. We want to share this joy of life. An in collaboration with all involved stakeholders, we want to support all people in upcoming behavioral changes and create sustainable and healthy routines.

In order to reach as many users as possible with Collabree, we have developed our app for users of both Android and iOS devices. You can find us in the AppStore as well as in the Google PlayStore. If you can’t find the app or have problems installing it, please feel free to contact our customer support. We are always available at [email protected].

In principle, you can use the Collabree app worldwide after successful registration. However, we currently only support the registration of users with cell phone numbers from the following countries:

  • Switzerland
  • Germany
  • Austria
  • France
  • Italy
  • England
  • USA

However, our drug catalog is currently limited to drugs approved in Switzerland. We are working hard to ensure that we can offer master data from additional countries in the future.

We know from our own experience how difficult it is to break a bad habit and learn a new behavior. We have used this knowledge in combination with scientifically based approaches to develop Collabree. Collabree helps, motivates and rewards you when you implement your desired behavior. We do not want to leave you alone on the path of the necessary behavioral change, but to constantly stand by your side. Together we can successfully implement your therapy.

Don’t worry, the Collabree app is free for you. We will not change this in the future.

First steps

If you want to add your medication plan, please follow these steps:

  • Click on the + icon at the bottom of your application screen.
  • Then you have the option of adding individual medications (Add medication) or scanning an entire eMediplan (Scan medication plan).
  • If you have received an eMedication plan from your attending physician, select the option Scan medication plan and then scan the corresponding QR code.
  • If you only want to store a single medication, use the Add medication option.
  • You will then be taken to the medication editor. You can either search for your desired medication manually or scan the barcode on the packaging of the medication.
  • Afterwards you have the possibility to enter the quantity, the frequency as well as further details about the medication and the intake.

Currently, we only support medications that are approved and distributed in Switzerland. If your medication meets these criteria, but you cannot find it in the search either manually or by barcode, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then try to find and fix the cause of the problem as soon as possible.

Together, we want to help you establish a healthy and sustainable routine. At Collabree, we like to give and believe that rewards help break bad habits.

For this reason, if you stick to your treatment plan every day, we will distribute points that you can use in lotteries at regular intervals. In these lotteries you can win attractive prizes that will make your life a little bit better.

Collabree merchandise

We wear our Collabree clothes with pride. It gives us a sense of belonging and reminds us daily what we stand for together. Since we have often been approached in the past about where we bought our t-shirts, sweaters and beanies from, we decided to give other people the opportunity to buy our Collabree merchandise as well.

We do not want to make a profit with our clothing. Our goal is to cover the costs of purchasing through the sale of the articles and to use the small profit margin to support the ongoing clinical trial on the one hand and to make donations to patient associations on the other.

We are not a fashion label and for this reason we do not stock the individual items. Each order is processed individually, commissioned and finally delivered to our great customers.

For this reason, we ask for your understanding if the clothes do not arrive directly the next day. to transact.

Support

The reason is usually a problem with push notifications or (especially on Android) a problem with background execution or background network usage. As a first step, make sure that you have allowed push notifications for Collabree.

Android

  • Open Settings
  • Select the Apps & Notifications menu item
  • Click Notifications
  • Make sure notifications are enabled for Collabree

iOS

  • Open Settings
  • Select Notifications
  • Navigate to Collabree
  • Make sure Allow notifications is enabled.
